No. We work with amateurs, trainers and competitive athletes alike. We direct each exercise so the movement looks powerful, whatever your level.

What time are they done to avoid the heat?

At sunrise or in the late afternoon. Besides a cooler climate for training, that sidelight brings out muscle definition and motion better.

Can we shoot at the beach and in the mountains the same day?

Yes, if we plan it. With an extended session we combine Es Trenc sand and a Tramuntana trail, since most spots are under 80 minutes apart.

A fitness shoot captures real effort: the muscle under tension, the sweat, the stride mid-jump. We work with fast shutter speeds and the sidelight of early morning or late afternoon to bring out definition and motion without looking posed.

Where we shoot and how we direct movement

The beach and rocks of Es Trenc and the southeast coves for sunrise workouts, Tramuntana trails and viewpoints for trail running and calisthenics, and Palma's Paseo Marítimo or old town for sprints and series with an urban backdrop.

We direct real reps: we ask you to run the exercise several times to catch the peak of the movement. We combine frozen frames with motion-blur pans and, if you want, detail shots of hands, footwear or gear for a complete series.

The session runs 1-1.5 hours, just enough for several exercise blocks without losing energy. We schedule it at sunrise or in the late afternoon, when it's cooler and the long May-to-October light sculpts the figure.
